Carefully preparing, creating and conducting a Telefundraising campaign is only complete with a comprehensive reporting component.
PIC’s Data Services team creates these reports to reflect the informational needs of each client. The goal is to present the prior day’s results in the most readily understood and useful format. A cumulative report is also transmitted daily. At a minimum, pledge, contact, cost and net are communicated. Added statistics may be compiled for calling hours, credit card usage, and original projected goals.
An important measurement standard for Special Appeal, Renewal and Reinstatement campaigns is the number and percentage of pledges upgrading their gift size. It allows us to confirm, identify and when needed modify our negotiating strategy.
Paid pledges confirm a campaign’s profitability. This information is tracked as often as our clients make it available whether it be weekly, monthly or at a three-month point after the campaign has ended. PIC’s specialized By-Effort Report captures the dollar amount and percentage of paid pledges and hedgers along with other special mailings such as appeals to refusals or to uncontacted donors.
